Thai massage is based on the existence of a vital energy. Like traditional Chinese medicine that has at Chi as vital energy, in Thai massage is called Sen that energy and work with a combination of acupressure and movements similar to yoga. It achieves a flexible body, joints and improve blood circulation, increases breathing capacity and relaxes the nervous system.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a technique of Japanese origin in which the body seeks to connect with itself, raising the capacity to heal itself. It is very beneficial to solve emotional problems and malfunctions in the organs. It’s also good to soothe back pain and headache, back pain, contractions and has a relaxing effect on the nervous system and whole body in general.
